Export of Mail Ballot Status Data
To run: Vote By Mail > Envelope Reader Utilities > Export of Mail Ballot Status Data
This export file gives you the current status data for each mail ballot released for the selected election. It can be used by third-party mail balloting systems, to permit out sorting of returned ballots that have been referred to the Canvassing Board.
When you run the export, you will see a dialog where you can specify the delimiter of the file (tab, vertical bar, or comma), a file name, and location where the export file is to be placed.

Absentee Rejection Reason |
Whether the ballot was accepted or referred to the Canvassing Board. If there is no value in this field, the ballot was accepted. If the ballot was referred, one of the following referral reason codes will appear: A No address B PO Box address L Returned late M Voter moved to another county N No signature P Partial address S Signature different from file X MARG voter-No ID provided Z Returned undeliverable by postal service ZZ Temporarily away/forwarding address |
